Hey, I’m Conor (he/him)! I was born and raised in Vancouver and started my journey at UBC studying Psychology intending to be a Clinical Psychologist or a Marketing Specialist. After a few marketing internships, I realized I wanted to do more than just strategize; I wanted to create and innovate for real people.

That’s when I stumbled upon UX. After completing the basics, I dove headfirst into the field, spending countless hours practicing in Figma and reading books while balancing school and work. Eventually, I landed a UX Research Co-op at Samsung, where I spent 12 months working with an incredible team. That experience solidified my passion for UX and set me on my current path.

Now, after graduating from UBC, I’m more involved in the UX community than ever. I collaborate with industry professionals through VanUE to bring UX events to Vancouver and do work for Klarify as a Product Designer. Recently, I even placed first in one of Canada's largest design hackathons, a milestone that reminds me just how far I’ve come. I hope to continue to blend my passion for UX and Marketing to create experiences that resonate.
